The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority has issued a VAT guide for Insurance and Reinsurance companies.
The guide addresses the application of VAT on the insurance and reinsurance activities made by businesses in KSA and provides an interpretation based on the KSA Value Added Tax Law and its Implementing Regulation.
