The Ministry of Finance starts pre-consultation on the draft regulations that will allow the creation of VAT groups similar to those of tax capital groups in income tax. The assumption is one collective JPK_VAT instead of separate JPK_VAT submitted by individual companies, no invoices within the group and economic neutrality of turnover. Consultation on the project will last until June 7.
