The Inquiry into VAT on temporary staff for care and social care has today, 1 June 2021, submitted its final report to the Government ( SOU 2021: 40 ). A good solution for neutralizing increased VAT costs is still lacking. This complicates the supply of skills for care and nursing, which is very unfortunate in times when the pandemic is fought and the care debt must be managed.
