Despite the announcements, the Ministry of Finance did not manage to improve the provisions on sending uniform control files and VAT settlement in either April or May. The latest version of the draft regulation shows that the changes in this respect will enter into force in July. There will be no need to mark split payments – but there will be other burdensome obligations instead.
