Factsheet Tax and Customs Administration VAT e-commerce
The Tax and Customs Administration has published a fact sheet that briefly lists the new rules for VAT for e-commerce as of 1 July 2021.
The fact sheet has been made for entrepreneurs who sell to private individuals in other EU countries with a webshop. The 4 most important new VAT rules that these entrepreneurs will have to deal with are presented.
