In the coming months, approximately 240,000 taxpayers will be informed by the Tax and Customs Administration and the Allowances Department that their data has been included in the so-called fraud detection facility (FSV). The first 2000 will receive the message this month, in which the Tax and Customs Administration expresses its regret for the use of this system that did not comply with the GDPR privacy law. The remaining letters will be sent in two consignments until the end of June.
