The list of approved airlines has been updated for 2021. The Danish Tax Agency has recognized that 21 airlines, for a fee, mainly fly in foreign traffic and are therefore on the list for 2021. Airlines that want to be included in the list must apply to the Danish Tax Agency once a year.
The list sets out a number of conditions that must be met in order for the carrier to obtain an exemption from VAT for the individual aircraft.
