The General Authority for Zakat and Income has submitted a draft decision on controls, requirements, technical specifications and procedural rules necessary to implement the provisions of the electronic billing regulation. This draft includes nine items, explaining the scope of application of electronic invoicing and its details, and the requirements for issuing electronic invoices by the taxpayer, which specify the formulas for the issued invoice and the elements it contains, in addition to methods of keeping records, electronic invoices, electronic notifications and data related to them. The General Authority for Zakat invites the public to express their views and submit their proposals for controls and requirements and technical specifications and procedural rules through a survey platform, which can be found through the platform ” survey ” of the National Competitiveness Center.
