The regulations provide further guidance on several key areas, such as supplies, deemed supplies, composite supplies, and multiple supplies, place of supply provisions, including for real estate services, telecommunication services, and electronically supplied services, and VAT tax point for the supply of goods and services including vouchers and consignment sales.
