Errors in the names of cities with poviat rights on VAT invoices cause that they are incorrectly displayed in the buyer-seller position. The regulations indicate that the name “city with poviat rights” should be used, not “commune”. To correct inaccuracies, accountants have a lot of work to do – from issuing corrective invoices to the need to submit a JPK_VAT correction.
