This article highlights several decisions of the Board or Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) that were issued or entered into force during the period December 2020 through February 2021. The EEC is the permanent regulatory body of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU), established to oversee the functioning and development of the EEU in areas including customs regulation, non-tariff regulation, and technical regulation across EEU member states. The current EEU members are Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia.
