The Ministry of Finance is preparing a system for issuing e-invoices. Taxpayers who settle in this way will receive a VAT refund faster. In the first stage, the new solution will be voluntary. From 2023, e-invoicing is set to become mandatory. Similar solutions are offered by three European Union countries: Spain, Portugal and Italy.
