By two rulings dated January 29, 2021 [1] , the Paris Court of Appeal, drawing the consequences from the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union (hereinafter, CJEU), considered that the transfers of intra-community stocks must be excluded from the base of the social solidarity contribution of companies (hereafter, C3S).
