The amendment, commonly known as the Slim VAT package, was aimed at simplifying and modernizing VAT settlements and meeting the needs of entrepreneurs. Unfortunately, it quickly turned out that the new regulations raise more questions than answers, and the theses about the simplicity of the proposed solutions can be put into fairy tales – writes Bartosz Kubista, tax advisor and lawyer.
