From 1 February it is possible to submit the 2021 VAT return, relating to the year 2020, in order to offset “horizontally”, from the 10th following day, the deductible surplus emerging from the return for an amount exceeding 5,000 euros. In this case, the declaration must normally be accompanied by a certificate of conformity or signed by the accounting control body.
