The Office of Large Taxpayers of the State Tax Service informs that in case of transformation of a legal entity – a VAT payer, the VAT payer is re-registered (paragraph 183.15 of Article 183 of the Tax Code of Ukraine as amended by the Law of Ukraine of January 16, 2020 №466-IX).
