During the meeting of the Coordination Committee, a new contribution was submitted addressing the specific features of the contractual obligation of a supplier of goods to stock up on raw materials for the production of goods, stating that if the customer does not purchase the products as expected, they have to compensate the supplier for the value of raw materials (decreased by potential proceeds from their sale).
