The South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. decision impacted the Colorado economic nexus sales tax details. Colorado joined nearly every other state (and Washington, D.C.) in clarifying economic nexus for remote sellers and in how marketplace facilitators collect and remit sales tax.
