The proposal proposes to amend the Act on the Temporary Amendment of the VAT Act. According to the proposal, the entry into force of the law would be amended to extend by six months until the end of April 2021 the tax exemption for domestic sales of goods used for the prevention, testing and treatment of covid-19 infection and intra-Community acquisitions from other Member States.
