From 1 January 2021, there will be changes to how you import and declare excise goods (alcohol, tobacco and certain oils).
Change made in the updated version released on Oct 20, 2020: Guidance updated to clarify that Customs Freight Simplified Procedures (CFSP) apply to some excise goods only.
