If, due to the corona crisis, the VAT-taxed transport of clients in healthcare does not take place, healthcare institutions can still pay (part of) the agreed compensation as compensation to carriers without the transport actually taking place. The Deloitte consultancy sees possibilities for not charging VAT in such cases.
