In this document, we set out what we heard, what we learnt and how this developed our
UK Freeports vision. We reaffirm our commitment to establishing Freeports across the
whole of the UK, and we offer greater detail about how Freeports will work and the
benefits they are set to offer. We also share our plan for a bidding process to decide
Freeport locations, which I will launch shortly.
