The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has extended the due date for filing GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C for the financial year 2018-19 to 31 October 2020 from 30 September 2020. It is important to note that these are 2 different statements and are applicable in different situations.
