The Ministry of Finance provided an interactive form and the JPK_WEB Client application for submitting JPK_VAT with the declaration.
The interactive form for submitting JPK_VAT files with the declaration allows you to prepare and send a new JPK_VAT with the declaration in two variants: for taxpayers who pay monthly – JPK_V7M and quarterly – JPK_V7K. The form is an easy-to-use web tool that requires an Internet connection. It replaced the previous file in CSV format. The new version of the form has been made available on the taxki.gov.pl website at: Free tools for generating and sending JPK – Simplified form. The tool can also be used by taxpayers with foreign partners. Sending the JPK_VAT file with the declaration is done through the JPK_WEB Client tool, which enables validation, encryption, signing and sending files. Important : The first files according to the new structure for the billing period for October 2020 are submitted by November 25, 2020.
