With a Joint Decision of the Deputy Minister of Finance Mr. Apostolos Vesyropoulos and the Governor of AADE Mr. George Pitsilis for the activation of the myDATA platform, the degree of readiness of the companies due to the pandemic of COVID-19 was taken into account. In this context, it is foreseen that:
– For 2020, companies can only transmit the documents of the last quarter (October – December). The obligation to transmit the receipts of the whole of 2020 will remain only for the companies that will receive the incentives of electronic invoicing through a provider for this year.
– The digital transmission of the documents to myDATA becomes mandatory from 1/1/2021.
