The Tax and Customs Administration has published a new registration form with which foreign entrepreneurs can register for sales tax, corporate tax and / or payroll taxes.
The new form is called ‘ Notification Company abroad ‘. The Tax and Customs Administration receives many different forms and letters for the registration of foreign entrepreneurs, which means that processing these registrations takes a lot of time. With the new form, the Tax and Customs Administration can process registrations faster, better and without delays and errors.
The Tax and Customs Administration advises entrepreneurs to fill in the form on a computer, print it out, sign it and send it together with the attachments to:

Attachments that are not drawn up in Dutch, German or English must contain a legalized translation into one of these languages.
