- The Lower Silesian National Tax Administration (KAS) discovered the practice of issuing false invoices offered in advertisements such as “Dam costs”.
- The State Treasury lost almost PLN 18 million.
- The detained persons were charged with criminal and fiscal offenses and criminal offenses concerning false invoices.
- The investigation is being conducted by the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Wrocław.
