- The National Revenue Administration (KAS) from Białystok discovered and smashed a criminal group that exposed the State Treasury to a loss of at least PLN 150 million.
- The criminals forged commercial documentation and VAT invoices relating to goods imported from Asia. In this way, they lowered the taxes and duties paid.
- At the request of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Białystok, 10 members of the group were arrested for three months.
