The Public Prosecution Service has demanded a nine-month prison sentence in the court in Zwolle for forgery of documents against a 74-year-old man from the municipality of West Betuwe. The Public Prosecution Service accuses him of actually being in charge of falsifying the business records of two of his foundations with which sales tax fraud was committed.That would have taken place from mid-2011 to 2016. The tax disadvantage is more than 145,000 euros, according to the OM.
