The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) today released for publication in the Federal Register a “notice of modification of action” announcing changes to the list of European products subject to additional customs duties of 25% ad valorem pursuant to enforcement of the U.S. World Trade Organization (WTO) findings in the large civil aircraft dispute between the United States and the European Union.
