Eligible phase two VAT collection entities include
- Facebook Ireland,
- Facebook Payments International,
- Facebook Technologies International,
- Amazon Services LLC, Audible, Inc.,
- Alexa Internet,
- Audible, Ltd.,
- Apple Distribution International,
- Tiktok, and
- the Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia).
