Paraguayan President Mario Abdo Benítez signed the decree by which the value added tax falls from 10% to 5% for the events, tourism and gastronomy activities sectors.
The regime is available for travel agencies and tour operators, hotels, restaurants, and catering service providers and will apply between August 1, 2020 and June 30, 2021.
