Implementation of Various EU VAT Directives Submitted to Parliament

• Council Directive 2455/2017 amending EU VAT Directive (2006/112) and Directive 2009/132/EC as regards certain value added tax obligations for supplies of services and distance sales of goods;
• the completion of the implementation of EU Directive 2018/1910 on harmonization and simplification of VAT for cross-border trade;
• Directive (EU) 2019/1995, amending the EU VAT Directive as regards provisions relating to distance sales of goods and certain domestic supplies of good; and
