The International VAT Association (IVA) is currently in discussion with the European Commission regarding a possible extension of the deadline for claims under the 8th Council Directive (September 30, Article 15 of Directive 2008/9 / EC). Any change to the existing deadline by September 30 requires a change in the policy.
