Michel Barnier is the European Commission’s Head of Task Force for Relations with the United Kingdom (UK Task Force/UKTF) since November 2019. The EU Commission published his speech in which he addresses the Brexit negotiations and the possible futures of the relationship between the EU and the United Kingdom.
