Plaintiff offers consumers the opportunity to obtain group discounts for a number of products for a fee of € 20.95 per month. The products for which discounts can be obtained concern the supply of energy and telecom products, various insurance policies and various financial products. Consumers who use the services of claimant (the participants) can also attend free seminars. Plaintiff does not advise the participants and does not conclude contracts on behalf of the providers. The participant enters into the agreement himself with the providers. Plaintiff does not receive any compensation from the providers. Plaintiff uses the Multi Level Marketing (MLM) principle. The claimant pays the participants an amount of € 2.40 per (indirectly) introduced new participant up to the fifth tier (generation) among them. Participants are not obliged to introduce new participants.
