Thanks to the cooperation of the National Treasury Administration (KAS) and the Internal Security Agency (ABW), the president of the company was temporarily arrested, whose activities exposed the State Treasury to losses of nearly PLN 40 million,
Funds with a total value of approx. PLN 3.85 million were secured against unpaid taxes.
