A law decree approved on 16 March 2020 (which was published in the Italian official gazette on 17 March 2020 and is effective as from the same date) includes a number of urgent measures aimed at ensuring the survival of businesses and sustaining the economic stability of the country in light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
