KSA Government has deferred the deadline to file Income tax (corporate tax as well as withholding tax), Zakat and Value Added Tax (VAT) return obligations by 3 months. This comes into effect today, Friday 20 March 2020. The payment obligations with respect to Income Tax, Zakat and VAT have also been postponed for 3 months. The tax certificates will be granted without any restrictions for the fiscal year 2019.
