Article 1. Suspension of payment of VAT under conditions

1. Businesses affected by the occurrence and dissemination of the COVID-19 coronavirus may extend the deadline for payment and suspend the collection of debts certified by VAT declarations. with tax payable (debit). No interest or surcharge shall be payable on the amounts due when the deadline for payment and suspension of payment is extended.

2. By decision of the Minister of Finance, upon recommendation by the Governor of the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE), the affected enterprises by sector and by region are specified, the period of extension of the deadline for payment and suspension of VAT collection, as well as any other details necessary for the implementation of this Agreement.

Article 2. Suspension of collection of outstanding debts and extension of payment deadline

1. Businesses affected by the occurrence and dissemination of the COVID-19 coronavirus may extend the deadline for payment and suspend the collection of established debts to the DOI or Audit Centers, as well as the deadlines for the payment of regulatory installments. or installments in installments. During the period of extension of the deadline and suspension of the payment of confirmed debts and installments or installments of partial payment of confirmed debts, the amounts due shall not be subject to any interest or surcharge.

2. By decision of the Minister of Finance, upon recommendation by the Governor of AADE, the affected enterprises shall be specified by sector and by region, the period of extension of the deadline for payment and suspension of collection of confirmed debts and installments of installments or partial payment of certified payments. as well as any other details necessary for the implementation of this Agreement.
