Luxembourg may also have taken measure to postpone VAT reporting and payment, no further details known yet.

- Flexibility on VAT deduction on cancelled events
- No VAT adjustment on capita goods tenporarily used to fight the virus
- Ensure fast handling of VAT registration requests
- No interest and penalties charged in case of late filing of VAT reports and VAT payments
- Postpone VAT audits
- Confirm lack of Fixed Establishment if employees are working outside the country where the Company they are working for is established
