Another major case on EU external relations and EU exclusive competences: Commission v. Council (C-24/20) has just been brought before the Court of Justice of the European Union and published yesterday in the OJ. Key questions on Member State powers in areas covered by EU exclusive competences will have to addressed, including the issue of functional mixity.
