General Authority for Zakat and Tax “GAZT” has issued a new Regulation governing rewards for persons who notify/ inform GAZT of any violation from the provisions of Zakat, Tax, Excise and VAT legislations.
The reward will be decided by a designated committee and will be due on the recovery of the amount notified and the confidentiality of the identity of the notifier will be ensured by GAZT.
