After the Quick Fixes being implemented ,the E-Commerce VAT directive wil need to be implemented by the EU Member States by Jan 1, 2021.
On Jan 1, 2022, the EU aimed to implement the Definitive VAT regime. There is however no consensus yet on the implementation of this Directive.
