The General Authority of Zakat and Tax (GAZT) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has recently published a number of new guidance documents which will clarify the application of the law.
This includes a new guideline for supply of services to non-KSA residents and a new guideline on real estate investment and financing.
