On 15 January 2020, the Italian Tax Authorities (ITA) issued Protocol No. 8938/2020 approving the new annual VAT return form and related instructions.
Qualifying taxable persons must electronically file the annual VAT return for fiscal year 2019 between 1 February 2020 and 30 April 2020
