On April 18, 2019, the provisions of the Act on electronic invoicing in public procurement, concessions for works or services and public-private partnership came into force, according to which the contracting authority is obliged to accept structured electronic invoices. To fulfill this obligation, a free PEF Platform is used, supporting the process of handling invoices and other structured electronic documents. To start using PEF, you must create an account. You can also use PEF by connecting your ERP system using a modern API, as well as downloading and installing the PEF application on your computer.
