Not every contractor’s account must be checked on the VAT payers’ white list

Not every payment has to be made to the account on the VAT payers list. When the payment is made to a taxpayer exempt from VAT, there is no need to check the invoice for the so-called white list. Similarly, if the payment does not exceed PLN 15,000.
