December recorded a record number of issuances of Electronic Invoices to Consumers (NFC-e) by “Sefaz Virtual”, a partnership between Procergs, the Department of Finance and State Revenue of Rio Grande do Sul, which issues the notes to 18 states. Last month, the number of documents reached 1 billion. On average, 32.3 million NFC-e were allowed per day. In Rio Grande do Sul alone, 181.3 million notes were issued in the month, which totaled R $ 13.7 billion.
