The new Belgian Company Code abolishes the company form BVBA which is being replaced by a BVBA, The mandatory provisions of the new Company code are applicable as from 1 January 2020 while the company’s By-laws have to changed by Jan 1, 2024. Invoices and letterheads need to be updated as of Jan 1, 2020!!!
